Copy MUST be received prior to renting equipment. There are no

exceptions. NO certificate NO Rental.

Renter must provide: Insurance Certificate naming

1,000.000 liability AND Loss –Payee for the appropriate amount (the replacement value

of the equipment

being

rented) on the

Miscellaneous Equipment endorsement.

Renter is fully responsible and will not hold David Allen Grove or SteadicamRickshaw.com liable for equipment

failure. For the safety of the person riding the Rickshaw/Vehicle mount. Renter agrees to hire a qualified

professional camera car driver

to drive the camera car that the rickshaw will be attached too. Failing to do so

could result in injury or death of the camera operator in the rickshaw.

The policy expiration date must not be earlier than 3 days after package return date.

Customer agrees to pay all legal and court fees regardless of circumstance in case of a dispute.

NOTE: The customer is encouraged to carefully inspect and test the equipment before accepting it for rental.
