Rental Agreement


  • $200 per day.

  • 3 day week rates - 1 day weekend rate - 10 day month rates available.

  • Rentals require a 100% advance payment.

  • Pick-Ups and Returns:
    For rental pick-ups before 10am, rental period starts that day.
    For rental pick-ups after 3:00 p.m., rental starts the following day.
    All returns are due by 10:00 a.m. (late returns will be charged full day rate).

  • Cert of Insurance required in amount of $6,000  


  • Every rental also requires a current insurance certificate with proper coverage OR a full value replacement cost deposit.  

  • By renting the rickshaw, Customer is responsible for any/all Deductibles if a claim is made by www.SteadicamRickshaw.com- David Allen Grove.

  • By renting the rickshaw, production agrees to be 100% responsible for the safety and well being of the operator or anyone else using the Rickshaw/Vehicle
    mount and agrees to pay any and all legal fees and medical expenses related to the death or injury of the person riding in the rickshaw.

  • We Accept Checks, Cash or Payment through Pay Pal.                                                                            
Rental and Insurance Agreement / requirements

         All rentals must have insurance and must agree with the following.


  • The customer is also liable for the Entire deductible in case of a claim.

  • The customer is liable for any loss or damage to the equipment.

  • These standards are set solely by David Allen Grove.

  • Certificate of Insurance required in amount of $6,000  

  • The customer is also responsible for insuring rental equipment.

  • To better process your rental order, please email a copy of the certificate prior to rental.

  • A Copy MUST be received prior to renting equipment. There are no exceptions. NO certificate NO Rental.

  • Renter must provide: Insurance Certificate naming: DAVID ALLEN GROVE as Additionally Insured for $ 1,000.000 liability AND Loss –

  • Payee for the appropriate amount (the replacement value of the equipment being rented) on the Miscellaneous Equipment
    endorsement.

  • Renter and operator is fully responsible and will not hold David Allen Grove or SteadicamRickshaw.com liable for any and all
    equipment failure. SteadicamRickshaw.com is not responsible for choice of vehicle or the hitch limits of said vehicle. It's the
    responsibility of the renter to make sure the hitch on vehicle is rated for this type of shooting.  Renter must examine equipment prior to
    rental.

  • For the safety of the person riding the Rickshaw/Vehicle mount. Renter agrees to hire a qualified professional camera car driver to
drive the camera car that the rickshaw will be attached too. They must also provide there own Safety eqiupment, I.e., straps
and Motorcycle helmet.  Failing to do so could result in injury or death of the camera operator in the rickshaw.

  • The policy expiration date must not be earlier than 3 days after package return date.

  • Customer agrees to pay all legal and court fees regardless of circumstance in case of a dispute.

  • NOTE: The customer is encouraged to carefully inspect and test the equipment before accepting it for rental.
